Inside the Centre
- Reception has a double-height desk.
- The rooms have wide aisles and spacious passageways, making mobility optimal for wheelchair users.
- The Museum has accessible toilet facilities.
- The accessible lift allows movement between floors.
- The audiovisual presentations in the permanent exhibition are subtitled for the hearing impaired and narrated for the visually impaired
- Hand-held guides and audio guides are available in several languages and are suitable for children.
- Videos in Spanish sign language with subtitles are available on the Centre's Youtube channel.
- The hand guide has been published in Braille with colour contrast.
- Wheelchairs are available for visitors who require them. These can be requested at Reception.
- Through our communication book, people with special communication needs have the possibility to ask questions and request information.
- Raised-line resource sheets are available and adapted workshops are held.
- A hearing loop has been installed at Reception, and the Centre has a mobile transmitter and three induction loops so that people with hearing aids or cochlear implants can receive the guide's audio directly.
